One of the core functions of CFS is tax and estate planning. CFS have deliberately recruited staff with a wide range of experiences in order to be able to offer a service enables us to advise and follow up on the complete International Estate plan. We like to call this concept the Family Office. The service is available to both corporate bodies and individuals. We are able to advise on a wide range of scenarios including basic mitigation of worldwide inheritance tax liabilities, the setting up of international cross border businesses in the most tax efficient structure and minimising tax liabilities for individuals.
